As part of our rich extra-curricular programme, children have the opportunity to attend a 10-week music course at the Rhythm Studio, which is offered free of charge, and will allow pupils to further develop their creative music technology as well as performing skills, singing in a rock/pop band. The workshop takes place every Wednesday afternoon for 10 weeks at the Rhythm Studio.

Rhythm Studios is where creativity comes alive at Addison.  This dynamic space is designed to inspire and empower students to explore the world of music through hands-on learning. Equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and recording technology, Rhythm Studios offers opportunities for students to experiment with rhythm, compose original pieces, and develop their skills in singing, drumming, and digital music production. Whether collaborating in a band, practicing solo, or exploring new musical styles, Rhythm Studios provides a supportive environment for students to express themselves and bring their musical visions to life.

Year 5 pupils attend the Rhythm Studio each Wednesday for their Band and Tech workshop.  At the end of the school term, Y5 pupils put on a music show and parents are invited too.
