Nursery

Every child is unique and is able to thrive with the teaching and care of our early years experts.  Children learn in a range of settings: whole class sessions; teacher led small group sessions and independent child led activities.  At the end of the Reception year, a careful programme of transition helps children to move smoothly into Year 1 and the wider school.

School tours are available on the first Friday of each month at 9:45am.

Children can join our Nursery the term after they are aged three.  The nursery is made up of two sessions: morning or full time. The timings for these sessions are as follows:

• Morning: 9:00am – 12:00pm
• Full Time: 9:00am – 3.00pm (This session incurs a top up fee or a 30-hours code) 

You can apply for any of the above sessions however, if we are able to offer you a place in our nursery, we cannot guarantee an offer of your requested session. 

All three and four year olds are entitled to receive 15 hours free of charge.  Full time places incur a ‘top up’ fee to pay for all additional hours and is charged half-termly.

We also provide full time places where the family is eligible to receive the 30 hour funding.   You can find more information regarding this by visiting the government website: https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare . If at any point you are no longer eligible to receive this funding, you will be required to pay any remaining fees.
