In order to make the referral process simpler, MIND have created an online referral form.  Please find below the QR codes and links for the 121 guided self-help sessions and the drop-in service

H&F MHST are offering free virtual workshops to help parents manage their children's anxiety as well as supporting children with change and transition. Please see posters and click on the Eventbrite link to sign up! I look forward to seeing some of you. 

It can be difficult to move your body with the lockdown, it is even more difficult if you live in a home which does not have a garden. This active bingo card gives you different ways to get active around the house. Use this with your family as a fun game as well as regular exercise! 

Well-being is the state of feeling healthy and well. Humans have both physical and mental wellbeing and the things we experience can have a positive or negative effect on our wellbeing. The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are simple steps that everyone can take to increase their happiness and productivity. Research has shown people who practice this live longer by 7.5 years! You may find you are already doing some of these things in your everyday life and we encourage you to practice some more. Each day of the week try one of the 5 ways of well-being tips!
