As schools plan to reopen, it is only natural for us to feel some anxiety. It is natural to have worries or concerns about how things will be, what will happen in a couples of weeks' times, and gauging how you will be able to cope with yet another change. It can be difficult to move your body with the lockdown, it is even more difficult if you live in a home which does not have a garden. This active bingo card gives you different ways to get active around the house. Use this with your family as a fun game as well as regular exercise!

Especially when this is a new experience for us all. The World Health Organisation has created six helpful steps to help you support your children in a healthy and manageable way.
My name is Zainab, I am an Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) from the Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health Support Team. I work at Addison Primary School on Fridays. I am here to help you support your children if they are feeling worried, anxious, having difficulties following routine, or behavioural problems.
