Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a fun and challenging sport that helps children develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. In our Gymnastics Club, children will have the chance to learn and practise key skills in a safe and supportive environment. They will work on activities such as balancing, jumping, rolling, and tumbling, which improve their physical fitness and body control.
Children will also practise routines that combine different movements, helping them build concentration, memory, and creativity. The sessions are designed to encourage confidence and self-discipline, while group activities teach teamwork and cooperation.
Our gymnastics sessions are run by expert coaches from Queens Park Rangers (QPR), who ensure that every child feels supported and challenged at their own level. Gymnastics is a great way for children to stay active, build new skills, and have fun.
