Boxing Club
Boxing is an exciting sport that teaches self-defence, fitness, and discipline. In our Boxing Club, children will learn and practise key skills in a safe and supportive environment. They will work on proper punching techniques to build strength and control, as well as footwork to improve balance, coordination, and agility.
Children will also learn defensive moves, such as blocking and dodging, which help develop focus and quick reflexes.
As part of their training, they will practise combinations of punches and movements, which improve concentration and timing. Partner work and controlled sparring activities give them a chance to apply their skills in real situations while learning respect and teamwork.
The sessions are led by a professional boxing coach who ensures everyone learns safely and feels encouraged. Boxing is a fantastic way for children to stay active, build confidence, and develop important life skills like perseverance and self-control. The club is open to all children, whether they are trying boxing for the first time or already have some experience.
